When I re-opened chrome, the web data file popped back up, but when I scanned it with malware bytes, nothing came back as a threat. I closed chrome, and then deleted the Web Data file again. I then went into my Chrome settings, and reset it back to default settings, which would un-sync and sign my browser out of my google account. I then scanned that file alone with maleware bytes, and the 4 potential threats returned. I then opened google chrome, and that generated the web data file to return. There is no option to bypass the block from the web page, and if you are new to the program or see the message for the first time, you may want to find out how you can unblock sites that you want to access regardless of the program's security rating of it.
